What is Acai  Berry?
Acai berry is a tiny fruit with length is only a few inches with a reddish color, almost purple. This fruit comes from the acai palm tree (Euterpe oleracea), which comes from Central and South America.  This fruit is still has a relation with blueberries, cranberries, and another dark purple fruit.

Research on acai berry has focused on the likely content of antioxidants. Ideally, the activities that produce these antioxidants can help prevent diseases caused by oxidative stress such as heart disease and cancer.
