Did you know that push-up is a symbol of health? Push-ups are used as the simplest, fastest and easiest barometer of fitness. Push-ups can be to test the whole body, regulate the muscles of the arms, chest, abdomen, hips, and legs.

Push-ups require body tense as a board with toes and palms on the floor. Movements such as lifting the body require strength and excellent resistance to movement of push-ups many times.

Many people cannot do push-ups. Most of the health and fitness experts’ fitness focuses on upper body, such as aerobics that emphasizes cardiovascular fitness (heart and blood vessels).

What is Acai  Berry?
Acai berry is a tiny fruit with length is only a few inches with a reddish color, almost purple. Research on acai berry has focused on the likely content of antioxidants. Ideally, the activities that produce these antioxidants can help prevent diseases caused by oxidative stress such as heart disease and cancer.
