Did you know that push-up is a symbol of health? Push-ups are used as the simplest, fastest and easiest barometer of fitness. Push-ups can be to test the whole body, regulate the muscles around the arms, chest, abdomen, hips also legs.

Push-ups require body tense as a board with toes and palms on the floor. Movements such as lifting the body require strength and excellent resistance to movement of push-ups many times.

Many people cannot do push-ups. Most of the health and fitness experts’ fitness focuses on upper body, such as aerobics that emphasizes cardiovascular fitness (heart and blood vessels).

Push-ups are also important for older people. The ability to do push-ups more than once with a perfect attitude is an indicator of the capacity to counteract the effects of aging. Researchers who study the aging bio-mechanics noted that the push-ups could provide muscle strength and ability to hold when the body fell.

If someone fell forward, he will defend himself so will result in a movement similar to the push-ups. Hand touching the floor, his wrists and arms absorb the impact of falls, the position of the elbow bent slightly to reduce the force because of falling.
