Laughing Can Reduce Risk of Diabetes

Laughing can help people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) lower cholesterol, the following risk vascular disease and heart. As stated by Lee Berk, researchers from Loma Linda University, California, about the latest research results with the team.

In this research, Berk who led the study divided 20 high-risk patients with diabetes (who was also suffering from high blood pressure and has high blood fat levels) into 2 groups. Both groups were given the standard diabetes drug. L group were given 30 minutes to enjoy the humor of their own choosing, while group C (control group) did not get the entertainment of humor. The process lasted for one year of treatment.
